This dental office is the best. Not only is it beautifully designed and decorated, but it’s such a welcoming atmosphere for anyone with dental anxiety. My appointment yesterday was hands down the best experience I’ve had in years going to the dentist. All of the staff are amazing and helpful but I have to especially thank both my hygienist Ms.Yolanda and of course my dentist Dr. Demark for being so efficient and caring with me.

This is the most professional and friendliest Dental Office I’ve ever been to (I’m 81 yrs. Old)! You are greeted by the staff at the from desk always with smiling faces, and after you’re checked in, your wait time is never long before being called back. I appreciate how gentle everyone was, from the person taking X-rays, the hygienist & the dentist, all put you at ease and explained everything as they went along. This made for a very pleasant experience and I felt like they did not try to push unnecessary services for my teeth. BEST STAFF AND OFFICE EVER.not only did they provide excellent care and expertise, the customer service was PHENOMENAL. i had my first appt and had to bring my 1 yr old along. i was hoping for a relaxed visit and had the complete opposite. she threw a tantrum and cried hysterically the whole time and this staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND in such an uncomfortable moment as a mom. they not only reassured me everything was okay their whole entire staff all took turns caring for my daughter-gave her toys, balloons, tried holding her and nurturing her. it was SUCH a comforting moment to be surrounded by such caring and patient employees and the dentist was just as helpful in the same manner. they catered to mine and my daughters needs in order to fulfill the appointment and i couldn’t be more pleased. SMILE TRANSFORMATION IS OUTSTANDING.

I found Smiles Transformation about 5 years ago. Dr. DeMark is the best dentist I've ever experienced. He's always pleasant and always has good conversations. Whenever I've had a procedure done, he says he will call around 7. And guess what, he dies just that. If you need a dentist, my recommendation is to try Dr. DeMark and Smiles Transformation. Dr. DeMark has been my dentist for almost a decade. He is professional, caring, light hearted, but always checks if there is discomfort during procedures.I haven't always agreed on some of the procedures but I do know he has my best dental interests at heart. I do recommend him and the Smile Transformation Centre.Update 9/9/2025Having two infected teeth yanked is no fun, and I sure wasn't looking forward to the ordeal. But you're my surprise Dr DeMark once more came with flying colors. The procedure was methodical, Dr DeMark and his assistant took their time and made sure that I was okay throughout it all. Almost 24 hours later some slight minimal discomfort and no bleeding. Hopefully the follow-up will go just as well. Five stars again for Dr DeMark.

Dr Demark has been mine, and my husband dentist for years. We haven't had any issues. He's honest, and caring. I've had a tooth that I've had problems with from a filling I had when I was a kid. When I woke up one morning and that tooth was throbbing and I was in a lot of pain, he was able to see me that morning and help me get relief. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a dentist. We used to live closer, but we moved and kept going to him and now that they moved to their new location a while back it is a little more convenient for us. But no matter the drive we'll keep going there because we know we're getting great care! The front desk ladies and all the dental hygienists are also very helpful and personable!

My experience with the Smile Transformation Center could not have been better. I arrived on a Friday with no appointment and a dental emergency. The staff was able to accommodate me into their schedule without any hesitation and I did not have to wait hours to be examined by the Doctor. Despite my dental emergency could not be solved immediately, the Doctor performed a temporary fix that allowed me to look my best until the next appointment which was 3 days after my initial consultation and the temporary fix held until that time without any issues. The staff and the Doctor were extremely courteous and concerned about my well being. This is the first time I take the time to provide a review for a dental office. I have finally found a Dentist with a great supporting staff that went beyond my expectations. My deepest gratitude and thanks for taking care of me.
