Meet the Doctors At Smile Transformation Center
Forrest J. Filippi
Forrest J. Filippi is a graduate of Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine. He was selected for one of forty-six positions available to eight hundred and fifty-six applicants to be commissioned as a Captain in the General Residency Program of the United States Air Force, stationed at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Filippi received extensive training in all areas of General Dentistry with special training in Oral Surgery and Orthodontics during his residency.
In 1989, he relocated to open his present practice in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Filippi is an active member of the Arizona Dental Association (AZDA) and the International Association of Orthodontics. He is Board Certified in Oral Conscious Sedation. Dr. Filippi has been a volunteer at St. Vincent De Paul dental clinic for over 10 years providing dental treatment to the less fortunate.
Dr. Filippi continues his education with postgraduate courses to provide his patients with the latest techniques and material dentistry has available. Areas of focus have been on Cosmetics Dentistry, Smile Designs, Comprehensive Reconstruction and Implants. Dr. Filippi has taken and continues to take extensive courses with Las Vegas Institute, Innovative Aesthetic Solutions and Creative Restorative Excellences of Seattle.
Dr. Bradley DeMark
Dr. Bradley DeMark is a native of Prescott, Arizona and grew up in a family of dentists and dental hygienists. Once finishing his Bachelor of Science at Northern Arizona University, he moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to acquire his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Marquette University. Dr. DeMark proceeded to join the United States Navy where he served proudly and completed post education training in Advanced Education General Dentistry and an Endodontic fellowship. He is active in continuing education and his past work experiences have allowed him to work with major influences in the dental community. Being a member to the ADA and AzDA, he is also a member of the Sjogren’s Syndrome Foundation.
Dr. DeMark is looking forward to working with our team and build solid relationships with patients in our practice. His philosophy of rational and conservative thinking is something he applies to all his patients as these are the principles he would use on his own family. Dr. DeMark and his wife enjoy nine children which keep him busy all the time. Currently, Dr. DeMark is resuming his position as a dental officer in the United States Navy as a reservist.
