I highly recommend this dental office! My son needed to be seen as soon as possible, and they were able to get him in right away. The front desk was so kind and welcoming, and the whole process was quick and easy.Before coming here, another dental office told us my son needed to see a specialist due to the fact that they didn’t finish his tooth extraction which would have cost us hundreds of dollars. After examining him, the dentist explained that he didn't actually need that and only recommended what was truly necessary. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. If you're anything like me and enter a dentist office with whatever mix of shame, embarrassment and anxiety over the condition of your teeth, it is my duty to inform you that those feelings melt away within seconds of Dr DeMark entering the room. This man put me at ease immediately, focused on positive aspects of my teeth then enthusiastically told me how we're gonna solve a problem I thought I'd let get too big.I'm almost 50 and I abhor having my teeth looked at unless it's become a full-blown emergency. This office, this staff and the doc have essentially cured me of that routine. Before Smile Transformation and Dr. DeMark I had not been to a dentist in over 5 years because of my fobia of dentist. Since I called and set my very first appointment 5 years ago and walked into that office I felt like family. Everyone is so amazing and Dr. DeMark has the best chair side manners and is so down to earth and real. He is so respectful to the point and explains everything every step of the way. Wow. I mean ditto. Look at all the rave reviews. What else can I say. The dental clinic and their staff are top notch. It is the benchmark by which all other clinics should be measured by. From the moment you walk in the front door, the ambience in the reception office is clean and inviting. The receptionist will acknowledge you and greet you with a smile upon entry. My appointment was at 10:00 am and I was received right on time. The dental hygienist, Angela, is quite possibly the best hygienist I've ever had. As well the dentist, Dr DeMark, exudes confidence, professionalism, and curtesy rarely seen in other dentist. If there is a Mayo Clinic designation for dental clinics, this is it. This is one of those rare occasions where I feel fortunate to be a patient of this clinic.

This is the most professional and friendliest Dental Office I’ve ever been to (I’m 81 yrs. Old)! You are greeted by the staff at the from desk always with smiling faces, and after you’re checked in, your wait time is never long before being called back. BEST STAFF AND OFFICE EVER.not only did they provide excellent care and expertise, the customer service was PHENOMENAL. i had my first appt and had to bring my 1 yr old along. i was hoping for a relaxed visit and had the complete opposite. she threw a tantrum and cried hysterically the whole time and this staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND in such an uncomfortable moment as a mom. they not only reassured me everything was okay their whole entire staff all took turns caring for my daughter-gave her toys, balloons, tried holding her and nurturing her. it was SUCH a comforting moment to be surrounded by such caring and patient employees and the dentist was just as helpful in the same manner. they catered to mine and my daughters needs in order to fulfill the appointment and i couldn’t be more pleased.
